- Pre-storm electrical shutdown coordination (when requested at least 48 hours prior to projected storm impact)
- Post-storm electrical system assessment and power recommissioning
- Assistance with safe power restoration and system restart
- Priority emergency dispatch following storm events once roadways are deemed safe and accessible
- Generator startup and transfer testing prior to storm arrival
- Coordination and communication throughout the response process
